Qualified applicants must have extensive experience in all aspects of community planning, including plan review and zoning code compliance, and site planning with the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects. Project management will include proposals, budget controls, correspondence, and client communications.

[Requirements]
- Must have knowledge of physical design and ability to communicate effectively with graphics and text.
- Creation and supervision of maps and plans.
- Governmental liaison.
- Preparation of jurisdictional applications and documents.
- Supervision of GIS Mapping, graphics, report production, and research.
- Monitor Contracts.
- Create budgets.
- Prefer experience in Southern California, with large-scale developments, and government entitlement programs.
[Education]
- College degree in Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related field.
Masters Degree is a plus.
[Experience]
- Minimum of 10-15 years experience in planned community design and implementation.
