Qualified applicants must have extensive experience in all aspects of municipal planning, including plan review and zoning code compliance, community design, yield studies, and site planning with the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.

[Knowledge Of]
- Graphic applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Power Point is highly regarded
- Requirements - Applied understanding and demonstrated ability to work within the following:
- Research residential product types
- Aptitude of industry standards for residential, commercial, industrial, entertainment, recreation, and resort developments
- Preparation of yield studies for residential development
- Production of grading and site plans for residential, commercial, industrial, entertainment, resort, and recreation uses
- Production of Cut and Fill calculations
- Preparation of area, quantities and yield statistics
- Preparation of colored illustrative plans
- Supervision of GIS Mapping, graphics, report production, and research
- Maintain city and state compliance
- Computer Skills: AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel

[Education]
- College degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related field
- Licensed by the State of California is highly desirable.
- Masters Degree is a plus.
[Experience]
- Minimum of 4 years in a community design firm or related field
